1. Unofficial Status

Sheppard's Attic is a private hobby project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Air Force, the Department of Defense, or the 82nd Training Wing. Use at your own risk.

2. Beta Status

This platform is in active development. Features may change, and service interruptions can happen. Uptime and data permanence are not guaranteed beyond reasonable effort.

3. Access Restrictions

Access is location-based to keep the marketplace local and safe.

Full access (browse, post, message) requires GPS verification within the Sheppard AFB geo-fence.

Read-only access (browse only) is available from within Texas.

No access from outside the United States.

4. Prohibited Items

No firearms, ammunition, alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances, or government-issued equipment (body armor, NVGs, etc.). Violations result in an immediate permanent ban.

5. User Conduct

Be respectful. Harassment, scams, price manipulation, and abuse of the reporting system are grounds for account restriction or removal.

6. Listings & Moderation

Listings may be held for review before going live. Listings may be removed and accounts restricted for violations. Decisions are final.

7. Transactions

Sheppard's Attic is a bulletin board, not a payment processor. All transactions happen directly between users. There is no liability for disputes, losses, or items that don't match their description.

8. Content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you consent to it being displayed on the platform. Content may be removed at any time for any reason.
